JR Hatworks started because the hats on the shelf couldn't hack it in the field. So I made my own. Felt, steam, hands no shortcuts. Every hat's shaped and finished to fit you and your hunt. JR stands for Journey and Rainbow, my daughters — the whole reason I do this. This isn't a shop-and-go operation. Every hat's built to order.
Home is my wife, Bailey, and our two girls, Journey and Rainbow, out here in the Ozarks. We keep life simple — a hobby farm, plenty of time outdoors, and a house built around hard work and showing up for each other. Those same values are stitched into every hat I make. This business carries my daughters' names because they're the reason I do any of this — I want them to see what it looks like to build something real, with your own two hands.
